Ever since middle school when I was able to perform in my 7th Grade musical ”Flapper,” I have had an infatuation with the twenties. The sparkling dresses, feathers and dancing, AH I love it! So I just had to put together a post of the top 30 Gatsby Wedding Blog posts. I picked out my favorite details from each shoot and posted those photos in round-up. Click on the link above each photo to see the entire posts. Are there any more Gatsby shoots that you love? Post a comment, I would love to see it!

Trent and I met in college in 2005. We hung out in the same crowd of friends and needless to say, when I moved back to PA, I missed that group of friends tremendously.
In January 2012 Christian and I were coming back to PA from a road trip out west to New Mexico and we just had to stop in Nashville to see my friends (which are now his too!). It was a very much overdue visit.
They took us to Mas Tacos Por Favor for dinner friday night and let us in on a little secret… Mas Tacos was going to be catering their wedding! So fun!
I had no idea that Trent and Jordana would invite us to the wedding. Especially since I had only met her once and hadn’t seen Trent in years. However, only a few short weeks later our invitation came in the mail.
It was such a sweet gesture, that of course we had to take another trip back down to Nashville in May for their wedding. I was so excited to share their wedding details right away but alas, had to wait until this post on Style Me Pretty was up.
Here are the official photos from Crystal K. Martel Photography who is dear friends with Trent and Jordana and who did a fabulous job with the photos.
One of my favorite Nashville couples is celebrating their one year anniversary this week, Trent & Jordana. I was so glad to be a part of their colorful Nashville wedding celebration! I wanted to post just a quick instagram collage from their wedding day last year. The entire day was just so bright and cheerful, even though it rained it made for such a beautiful day.
The ceremony and reception were held at The Anchor Fellowship in Nashville, TN. It was one of the smaller weddings I have been to, but it was filled with such loving friends and family that it was quite beautiful. The high vaulted celling in the church was beautifully decorated in lights, streamers and tissue paper pom-poms. So many hand made touches really showed off Trent and Jordana’s personalities throughout their wedding.

Drew and Missy had one of the most beautiful weddings I have ever been able to attend. Not just the homemade vineyard wedding held at Naylor Wine Cellars, but the words spoken in the ceremony and the way they looked at each other when saying their vows. It was the most heartfelt and genuine commitments I have ever been witness to see.
Drew and my boyfriend grew up together so we knew that this was going to be a fun day for everyone. The weather was perfect, not too hot or cold, just overcast enough to provide some shade from the sun.
You know it’s going to be a great wedding when the bride calls and says she’s running late, but that everyone needs to grab a drink and relax. This was a wedding with no pressure, just the desire for everyone to enjoy each other’s company and celebrate.
When she arrived she was driven in on a beautiful vintage car. Both of her parents had the privilege of walking Missy down the isle. Instead of the traditional girls on one side, guys on the other, Drew and Missy wanted to have their siblings standing with them.
Missy owns her own design company Honeybee Studios and she created everything from the invitations to the signs, flowers & decor.
There was a very sweet theme of a doe and a buck throughout their wedding. Matchbooks and Tags had a ”share the love.” message across the paper goods.
There was much dancing and they had a dj spinning tracks as well as a live band for everyone to enjoy. Good Ship Photography did a wonderful job taking all the photographs.
Missy and drew have both been on a gluten free diet so they had a sweet cake made from a friend. The rest of the guests were able to enjoy a selection of cupcakes. If you want to see the rest of the photographs then head over to the gallery to see larger photos & some other details from this special day, (like the caricature artist, photo booth and more.) If you want to see the instagram photos I took from their homemade vineyard wedding find me @leemaemarie and search for the hashtag #riccajoneswedding2012 . I took a lot of detail photos of the crafts Missy worked on!
