Yay Valentine’s Day is approaching! How cute is this valentine garland?
Since I have last posted I have moved into a new apartment. The walls are still pretty bare, so I have been trying to keep them decorated for the holidays. I decided to get a jump start on valentine decorations because I often forget to make any because it sneaks up on me.
I still had a bunch of cupcake liners and found some cute new floral ones, so I paired that with my new botanical garland from Rifle Paper co ( which I got for Christmas.) to make a pink & gold valentine garland this year. I’m in love with the light pink and gold color pallet right now. I am hunting down any extra holiday tidbits that will fit into this theme.
So did you get a start on your valentine decoryet? I would love to see what you come up with!

I have been meaning to create an inspirational table display for quite a while now. I finally pushed myself to create one for valentine’s day. I learned some things that I will be happy to share with you in a following post. I hope you enjoy and can find some last minute inspiration from theses photos. Let me know what you think!

Tea Party anyone? Talk about every girls dream, sitting down at a tea party with friends. This would be perfect for getting together with the special ladies in your life or even having this be a bridal shower instead of just a valentine’s tea party. Photographer Jenny Haas created this. I discovered this shoot over on the Postcards and Pretties blog. Such wonderful ideas are shared over there!
Just simply adorable. Don’t you think?

This valentine table display and decorations are so simple and almost understated that they are perfect for any dining room. Get some tags and write happy valentine’s day, maybe even hang them in an empty picture frame too. Lobster & Swan definitely has a knack for creating beautiful simple decorations.
